Our products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped or need to be returned.

14-day refund promise

If your purchase isn’t right for you, contact jamesshrout26@yahoo.com within 14 days of purchase to request a full refund. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Downloading the files does not prevent you from requesting a refund during this period.

Download or file problems

If your download is missing, damaged, or not working as described, email us with details. We will help restore access, provide corrected files, or arrange a refund where appropriate.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

After a refund

Please stop using and delete the refunded product files. Files may not be resold or shared.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content.
