About these terms

These terms apply to purchases and use of ProfitPath digital products. Questions can be sent to jamesshrout26@yahoo.com.

Digital products and delivery

We sell downloadable workbooks, templates, and guides. No physical products are shipped. Download access is provided after successful payment. If you do not receive access, check your spam folder and contact us with your order number.

Software requirements

Excel workbooks are designed for desktop Microsoft Excel and contain no macros. Microsoft Excel and any third-party AI tools are not included. Compatibility with Google Sheets, mobile spreadsheet apps, or other software is not guaranteed unless stated on the product page.

Your license

Your purchase allows you and staff within your own business to use and customize the files for your business operations. You may share completed customer-facing quotes and messages with your customers.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly upload, or give away the original or modified product files. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its underlying intellectual property.

Your responsibilities

You enter your own rates, costs, job details, and payment information. Review calculations, scope, quotes, and messages before relying on them or sending them to customers. Keep backups of your files.

These tools support business organization and estimating. They do not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or trade advice. Estimated profit depends on your inputs and actual job costs; no earnings or business results are guaranteed.

AI instructions

Any AI instructions included require a separate third-party AI service. Review its privacy practices before entering customer information. Verify and edit generated replies and scope questions before use.

Prices and payment

The applicable price, currency, and taxes are shown at checkout. Purchases are one-time payments unless expressly stated otherwise. Future price changes do not affect completed purchases.

Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases. Any voluntary refund promise is in addition to rights provided by applicable law.

Support and updates

Contact jamesshrout26@yahoo.com for download or product questions. Future features, upgrades, and ongoing updates are not included unless expressly promised on the product page or required by law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, guarantees, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
